Apple Pie Kefir Smoothie (THM- E)
1 cup double fermented kefir *
1 whole Apple, cored and roughly sliced
1/2 cup oats
Dash of mineral salt
Dash THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder, or honey
Scoop Integral Collagen (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes

*low fat kefir from the store will keep this in E mode. My goats milk kefir is considered an S, so this smoothie is a great Crossover for me!
