One-on-One Coaching

Do you want to begin implementing the principles of THM but not sure where to start? Confused about how to start losing weight and feeling better? I will help you learn the correct way to fuel your body for optimal health. One-on-one coaching allows us to meet in person if you are local and we agree to this, or phone call at least once a week.

I will walk alongside you to ensure your success in reaching your goals! You will have access to me as your coach around the clock via text and/or email. I will help you with meal plans, grocery lists, and kitchen tips. Sounds like fun! Contact me today to get started.

Monthly Price for One-on-One Coaching: $100 monthly

Group Coaching (Local meetings)

This package will be for anyone looking for a fun setting to learn how to make changes toward your health goals. Girls night? Oh yes! I will lead your group for 6 weeks with fun challenges, yummy food, and giveaways! Stay tuned for group coaching dates TBA. (If you and a few friends are interested in starting a group, please email me today!)

Group Coaching Pricing: $100 per person for 6 week group.

Long Distance Coaching

My Long Distance package will include an initial 1 hour phone consultation. After that, you can expect to be in touch with me via text/email anytime, with a weekly 15 minute check-in call.

Long Distance Coaching Price: $100 a month
