“Come and Stand Amazed” Christmas 2020

This Christmas season has been different. It’s been unlike any other, really. I don’t have the same energy and I feel like the Grinch most of the time when it comes to being Christmas-cheery. I’m not sure why I’m not in the usual Christmas spirit…maybe because this year has been so unusual and it’s catching up to me.

So much good has come out of 2020. As I’m writing this, I’m almost in my third trimester with my fourth sweet baby. I’m anticipating the new year, especially for this birth!

We have so much to be thankful for.

That’s why, instead of writing a longer post about the season we’ve had, I’m going to copy some lyrics from a fantastic song.

My daddy gave me the CD (yes I listen to CD’s!) a year or two ago, but this year, this song really stuck out to me. And the words are beautiful. Listen to the song through the link I included, or just read and meditate on the lyrics.
